I was not let down and absolutely adore my new brows, which appear incredibly natural. I cannot praise the experience highly enough.

This alone demonstrated her confidence in her skills, reassuring me that I was making the right decision. Regarding the treatment, there was music and chatter throughout, which helped divert attention from the slight discomfort, and the actual results, they're incredible! Prior to this, I had very sparse brows. Katie was patient as I selected a shape and provided candid opinions and guidance when sought, and the outcome is fantastic. While my brows are still in the healing process, they already look so natural that I am eagerly anticipating the final outcome! Even after the microblading session, Katie was open to me reaching out with any post-treatment queries.
