Booked a spa day with friends 5 weeks ago. I assumed the price included a massage, but due to allergies, I couldn't have a facial. When I asked for it to be removed, they insisted I pay an extra £20 for a massage upgrade. Check-in was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested. Most lockers were broken, and the spa was overcrowded upon arrival, with no indoor seating available. The Jacuzzi had excessive foam and a strong bleach smell, causing irritation. The food portions were small, with many hidden charges. Showers showed signs of mould, and the massage, though decent, fell short of expectations for the price paid. Disappointing experience overall, wouldn't return.
Every visit is delightful, with friendly and skilled staff, stunning views, and delicious cakes and drinks. The only downside is the cleanliness of the indoor hot tubs, which need attention for a perfect rating.
