James is very professional and kind. He did my waxing and it was extremely thorough. He was very precise and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire treatment! Definitely coming back!
Thank you to James for my wonderful pregnancy deep tissue massage this morning. This is my third pregnancy and I’ve had numerous massages. This was the best by far… far superior to some spas at 5-star Edinburgh hotels. It didn’t lack in pressure and was incredibly soothing at the same time. I will be back - I feel half a stone lighter and 3 inches taller! 😂
Possibly the most dreadful nail salon experience I've had. The gentleman couldn't appear any less interested and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Removed my old gel nail by scraping it off instead of soaking, causing damage to my natural nails. While filing my nails, he cut the skin around my nails multiple times, making them bleed. No hand towels after washing hands, had to use facial tissues. The UV lamp to dry nails was faulty but he insisted on using it by twisting the cable. It was a very painful experience. No wonder why it was empty. Avoid
