I opted for a traditional Thai massage with firm pressure, and it was truly amazing. The attention to detail was impeccable, even down to the heated massage bed. It felt like pure luxury, and I left feeling like I had just had an intense workout (hence the nickname 'lazy yoga'), yet completely relaxed and calm.
