I had my initial consultation with Laura today and I am super happy with the advice received. I was impressed and appreciated that she recommended I take a second opinion from a dermatologist regarding my skin issue just to be on the safe side. She could have easily just booked me in for treatment and hope for the best, but that was not the case! It's nice to come across people that care about the patients. I initially came in all flustered from rushing around earlier on in the day. But, the warm welcome from Dev at reception was lovely and put me at ease. I had a consultation with Alex and he was friendly, professional, informative and knowledgeable which made me feel confident that I chose the right place to have my treatments done. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back in future.
