From there, it's just a short walk to the leisure centre. If driving, head down Latimer Road and turn left onto Latimer Road, then take the first right onto Latimer Road. The leisure centre will be on your left.

I have visited Ainsley for two invigorating seaweed wraps to address persistent back pain and tension which has also been causing sinus pressure. The relief has been phenomenal! An absolutely fantastic experience! The venue was incredibly inviting, clean, and peaceful. I felt so welcomed by the staff, and the service was top-notch. I opted for a traditional Thai massage with firm pressure, and it was truly amazing. The attention to detail was impeccable, even down to the heated massage bed. It felt like pure luxury, and I left feeling like I had just had an intense workout (hence the nickname 'lazy yoga'), yet completely relaxed and calm. Absolutely fantastic, I've visited this place multiple times. They provided excellent guidance for pregnancy and postpartum to prepare for my childbirth. They assisted me in recovering from Covid and regaining my strength before my wedding using traditional remedies. I also underwent acupuncture treatments for back and shoulder discomfort, which were incredibly beneficial.
