One of the stylists there appears to lack experience. I could have done a better job cutting my daughter's hair. When I visited, she applied oil to my daughter's hair, which made it impossible to blow dry, so my daughter left with greasy hair from a HAIR SALON. I used to frequent this place because it's very child-friendly, but it seems like they only have toys to attract kids and don't actually know how to cut hair.
This establishment is fantastic for children who are anxious about getting a haircut. My son is sensitive to touch and dislikes having his long, curly hair combed, but the employees here were exceptionally patient and gentle. They provided him with plenty of distractions! And the prices are quite reasonable!
I had a wonderful visit here with my 2 year old daughter. She has been fussy during past haircuts, but the barber here was extremely reassuring and skilled, and established a good connection with her. She enjoyed sitting in the chair and watching her favourite show while getting her hair trimmed. The barber did a meticulous and precise job, and her new hairstyle looks amazing. She even received a treat at the end! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much.
