I have visited Ainsley for two invigorating seaweed wraps to address persistent back pain and tension which has also been causing sinus pressure. The relief has been phenomenal! I've consulted various specialists for this issue and nothing has provided as much relief as this. The treatment room where she performs the wraps is delightful with a wonderful ambiance as well. For me, the treatment not only delivers results but is also incredibly soothing. I will certainly be returning to Ainsley.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ainsley. I am preparing for the Edinburgh marathon in May and have been grappling with a calf injury. Ainsley assisted me in resolving it with her targeted sports massage, and now I am back on track with my training. I have visited Ainsley twice and intend to have another session before the marathon in May.
