The salon was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Ervis who cut my hair today and did an outstanding job! I am thrilled with the haircut as he executed exactly what I had asked for, which is a pleasant surprise from a hairdresser. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Additionally, I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and a small biscuit. No complaints from me; I found the pricing to be competitive.
The punctuality was excellent, as always, with minimal waiting time. The salon team was efficient and amiable. The salon itself was clean and tidy. Although the cost was higher than my previous hairdressers/barbers, the quality of the haircut was significantly better. I now return every 6 or 7 weeks, compared to every 4-5 weeks with my previous barber.
Katrina did an exceptional job with my hair! Normally, I just tie it back when it's loose, but the haircut is so fantastic that I have no urge to do so. Kyla excelled in washing my hair and securing me an appointment with a top stylist, even though I came in spontaneously following a DIY hair-cutting attempt that didn't quite turn out right. Thank you for a job well done!
