Lovely staff and quick service - however, they billed me for Biab nails which is what I requested, but I received gel nails instead - so ensure you are being accurately charged and receiving the treatment you requested. (Though as gels go, they were good)
Recently relocated to the region, decided to test out a new nail salon nearby. BIG MISTAKE! Their gel caused all my natural nails to break off :( I have never encountered anything like this before, all my nails are now very sensitive and painful. Their gel severely weakened my nails. Didn’t even last a week after shelling out £90 for a pedicure and manicure! Even my toenails chipped! I'm so upset! I'm so let down :( I wouldn’t recommend.
The team here are incredibly friendly. I've visited twice and both times I was extremely happy with the results. The staff also provide helpful suggestions on everything!
