They were once exceptional, but unfortunately, the previous staff members have departed, leaving the new employees (perhaps trainees?) lacking in language proficiency and confidence. This deficiency reflects in the overall communication and service quality. As a loyal customer, I anticipate more from a renowned salon, especially given the price tag (I pay less for a pedicure in Mayfair). Simple gestures such as offering a cup of tea, a smile, or incorporating polite phrases like "please" and "would you like" could greatly enhance the experience. I am somewhat disappointed with the overall service, but I remain hopeful that these issues can be addressed. If improvements are made, I would gladly return.
