This was my maiden visit to the salon since relocating to the neighbourhood, and my hair was in dire need of a new look. Amy attentively listened to my preferences, discussed the details, and executed the cut with great precision. I dashed into Toni and Guy in a frenzy, a couple of days before my son's wedding, following a mishap with my regular hairdresser. The team there were incredibly helpful and accommodating, managing to squeeze me in. They rectified the colour and I was genuinely delighted with the outcome and the exceptional, warm service they provided. Many thanks!
