Well, good luck to her when she faces menopause without HRT. Update. Yet another unpleasant experience 😕 and now it's 2024. It took me 47 minutes to get my prescription. Boots, you're AWARE they've shut down all other pharmacies, so step up. There are elderly and vulnerable individuals trying to get their medications. Get it together.
Pharmacy in the city is far too cramped. It's the PRIMARY pharmacy and it's minuscule, understaffed, slow with crucial prescriptions. Sends a text claiming it's ready when it's only halfway done. Endless lines. Come on. This has been ongoing for a while. The pharmacy really needs to expand, there's actual space in the store for this to happen. Hire more experienced pharmacists instead of youngsters. Expand. Every time I visit, this issue persists. There are ONLY TWO chairs for waiting, and I'm young, disabled, while the elderly or disabled have to wait in long queues. It's chaotic. There's so much room for improvement, and I can't understand why this pharmacy is still so small, understaffed, busy, always facing technical issues like 'system down' or 'frozen computer screen' every month. It's 2024. Since moving to Winchester recently, this has become a major source of stress in my life. Investment needs to be made in expansion because this is making people unwell, worsening the health of sick individuals, and likely causing stress for the friendly and helpful staff. Please, please expand this pharmacy.
