Visited for a navel and 2nd ear piercing at Polka Dot. The initial ear piercings went smoothly, but encountered a complication with the navel piercing. The piercer was patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. Despite the setback, the experience was positive and I was given the original piercing that caused the issue. Highly recommend this place, 11/10.
