Lilly's balayage, toner, and haircut were truly exceptional. She managed to repair the damage inflicted by a previous stylist, completely transforming my hair. The colours blended seamlessly, and the cut is simply stunning. I am overjoyed and more confident than ever. The entire team at RUSH Windsor provided excellent care. In a hurry, the outcome was a disaster. My hair turned a shade of yellow blond I specifically asked to avoid. The poorly done highlights resemble stripes, the toner left on for only 5 minutes. I dread the inevitable regrowth mismatching my natural colour. It will require copious amounts of purple shampoo and conditioner to combat the brassiness. What a waste of money.
Dorota merits five stars for salvaging a botched haircut by her colleague at Rush. She skillfully rectified the style, leaving me delighted with the new look and flawless colour. The before-and-after photos speak volumes about Dorota's expertise.
