I had high hopes for this new nail salon. My appointment was scheduled for 11 o'clock, but by half past the hour, they were still far from being ready for me. I ended up waiting for an additional 20 minutes. Eventually, I decided to leave. I wouldn't have minded the delay if they had informed me about running behind schedule or if I were a walk-in customer. However, being around 40-50 minutes late without any communication was disappointing.
Absolutely fantastic experience today! I visited for the first time and was utterly impressed with the outcome. I requested the design shown in the first photo and it was executed perfectly. I left feeling overjoyed! Moreover, the staff were delightful to converse with; we had a wonderful chat about families, life, and more. I will definitely be returning!
Incredible service all around! I would rate it 5 stars without a doubt. The variety of colours available is astounding. Additionally, they have a Facebook page where you can make reservations in advance. I indulged in a pedicure today, and it felt like pure bliss. The staff members are exceptionally friendly.
