Had an exceptional first session with Lainey today. Felt in very secure and knowledgeable hands. I will definitely come back. I'm pain-free in my back this evening and able to release after a very stressful few months, carrying a lot of tension. The Thai head massage was a blend of calming, energising and enjoyable! Dealing with perimenopause symptoms, it's rare for me to feel light and youthful, but this massage reconnected me to those sensations. I wasn't sure what to expect and didn't anticipate it to be so invigorating, but it was never painful, Lainey knew her stuff and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I also had a fantastic night's sleep!
