I took my daughter to have her ears pierced for her birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping to ease her nerves. Both my daughter and I were thrilled with the outcome, especially considering the affordable price.
I brought my watch in for a new battery. When it was handed back to me, the person said, "Did you know it was broken? Haha." Now, the watch doesn't work at all. It had been stored in a safe for two years before this and was definitely not broken before.
The lady I dealt with when trying to sell my old ring was quite unpleasant. Negotiating a price is expected, but she was unwilling to budge at all. Being more flexible with customers would be a good idea, rather than having a strict take it or leave it attitude. I found her to be dismissive and rude, showing no interest in discussing the ring. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The man who was also there was a bit better and seemed embarrassed by her behavior. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning.
