Incredibly charming and engaging, Sofia made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. We found many common interests while she worked on my hair, nails, and eyelash extensions. However, I was quite disappointed with the Russian eyelash extensions I paid £70 for, as they appeared much smaller than the typical classic ones. It felt like a bit of a letdown 😅 Despite this, Sofia did refund me £3, which was a kind gesture. I must admit, though, I left feeling somewhat disheartened. On a positive note, she did a wonderful job with my hair, which looks lovely! 🙂 Regrettably, I won't be returning due to the aforementioned issues.
Sofia is exceptional! She expertly restored my damaged nails during my last appointment, leaving them significantly stronger. Her skill and attention to detail are top-notch, and she has a knack for remembering her clients. I thoroughly adore my latest nail design!
