I had a lash lift done recently, and I must say, the owner was not very welcoming. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Surprisingly, my lashes looked exactly the same post-treatment, despite having had this done elsewhere with noticeable results. When I raised my concerns, I was told it could be due to my hormones! The offer of a partial refund or a redo was made, but unfortunately, I had already scheduled it before my trip, leaving me no time to reschedule. I wouldn't recommend this place or return for another session.
