Kelly worked her magic on my hair and I entrusted her with complete creative freedom. The end result was a stunning cut and style. I couldn't be more pleased and received numerous compliments. Kelly is a valuable asset to the establishment and deserves recognition. If there were awards for hairdresser of the week, month, or year, Kelly should win them all. Thank you, Kelly. Regrettably, upon arrival, the salon was closed due to staff being on leave. A notice on the window would have prevented myself and two others from waiting in confusion. It eventually opened at 10.10. Sasha was left to manage the phones and clients single-handedly while attending to my hair. It was not the most pleasant experience I've had there.
Kelly styled my hair impeccably. I am truly thankful that she accommodated me through the digital waiting system. She exudes warmth and made me feel completely relaxed.
