I recently visited Neptune Hair salon and had an outstanding experience. Initially, I had a consultation to discuss my desired look. The salon was impeccably clean and well-kept. The stylist was professional and amiable, taking the time to attentively listen to my preferences and creating a warm atmosphere. She also provided valuable advice, which was particularly helpful as I was uncertain about what I wanted. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for the haircut. The stylist once again confirmed my preferences and consistently checked in with me to ensure my satisfaction and comfort. The haircut turned out perfect. I felt incredibly well-cared for and left with a look that I absolutely adore. I have visited various salons in Manchester, but Neptune Hair is the only one that I genuinely cannot fault in any aspect, and I will certainly be returning for my next haircut.
