Following an unexpected encounter with an extremely helpful fellow shopper in Harriet's, while navigating the labyrinth of hair toners, they mentioned the salon they worked at could assist me. Subsequently, I promptly scheduled an appointment. Upon articulating my desired look, my hair was toned. The team was affable, attentive to my preferences, and offered valuable suggestions. I am thrilled with the result, and despite not booking a blow-dry, they accommodated it. I have already secured another appointment! The pricing is fair, the salon is modest yet tidy. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

At the onset of the year, I commenced having my nails tended to by Lily and now I wouldn't consider going elsewhere as she is exceptional! The salon exudes a welcoming and serene ambiance, and all the individuals working there are amiable and engaging. Each visit leaves me feeling indulged, and I find the online booking facility particularly convenient.

Uncertain if I would revisit. Initially, my hair was cut unevenly and bluntly, with shorter layers on one side. Upon returning home to style it, I was on the verge of tears. Arguably the most disappointing haircut I've ever received. Contacted the salon, initially met with reluctance to rectify the situation. Subsequently, a staff member called back and urged me to return. Spent over an hour having it recut! While I genuinely appreciated the effort and kindness, one side still has noticeably shorter layers as we opted not to trim the other side. Consequently, I must wait for it to grow out. Given this initial encounter, I am uncertain about revisiting this hair salon. Primarily because I remain dissatisfied with my haircut and am now £40 out of pocket.
