Awful experience, was a victim of theft. Purchased a voucher through Groupon. Contacted the establishment on the day as I was unwell, the lady refused a refund due to illness concerns. The voucher was used before my scheduled appointment. Reached out to Groupon for assistance, but required confirmation from the spa which was unresponsive.
