This salon is an absolute gem, and I cannot sing Emily's praises enough! She has been styling my hair for a year now, and every single time, I am thrilled with the results. I have complete faith in her expertise and trust her to do what is best for my hair. Emily is also incredibly supportive when it comes to post-treatment care and maintenance. I am deeply disheartened and taken aback by the way my association with Evelyn Jacks has concluded. After frequenting this salon for approximately 2 years, I am left with uneven blonde highlights and thick, glaring ginger streaks at the back of my head. Despite hearing a multitude of excuses – from bad timing to lack of confidence with the product they willingly ordered for me – there has been no apology or acknowledgment of fault. Instead, there is a complete denial of the persisting dark root and any wrongdoing. While they have refunded me, they have also suggested I seek services elsewhere.
Molly is truly EXCEPTIONAL, a sincere stylist who prioritizes the health of your hair above all else. She will never proceed with a treatment if she believes it may cause harm or not suit you. Her presence is delightful, and she provides excellent customer care throughout your hair transformation. From now on, I entrust Molly with all decisions regarding my hair extensions journey!
