10/10 - The most exceptional hair salon I've ever visited!
- The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming - I usually dread small talk, but the staff are so kind and the salon is so inviting! - Not only did they nail the hairstyle, but they also taught me how to maintain it at home. I've had the pleasure of being styled by two different individuals (Bela and Emma 🥰), and both experiences were outstanding! - They are environmentally conscious, using eco-friendly products that are gentle on the earth - They support the Little Princess Trust and assisted me in donating 15 inches of hair in the past - Their services are affordable too! When I needed a last-minute appointment, they accommodated me at the best price 💓 Thanks to Bela, I ended up getting proposed to with my new hairstyle, so I'm incredibly grateful for everything!
I've never visited this hair salon before, even though I live nearby. After a failed attempt at cutting my own hair, I walked in to see if I could get an emergency appointment. Bela was at the reception and kindly scheduled me in for that day. I'm not a fan of spending time at hair salons, but Bela immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened to my preferences and offered some suggestions. I decided to go for a fringe, and it turned out to be the best fringe cut I've ever had (considering my tricky hair.) I was thrilled with how she styled my hair, turning my initial panic into calm and joy. I've now brought my daughter in for a haircut, confident that she will receive the same level of professionalism and care. Thank you, Bela... it was a pleasure meeting you.
