The team here is absolutely delightful - warm and inviting. After 4 hours, my hair looked absolutely stunning. I had a half head of highlights with a tone, and they made sure to address all the little details I requested. I have very thick hair, but they showed incredible patience, especially when applying the highlights which took quite some time. I would highly recommend them.
I entered this salon feeling anxious due to a previous disappointing haircut elsewhere, where chunks of hair were left uncut. Unfortunately, my confidence was not restored here. I had asked for a balayage to achieve a natural look, showing a photo of the desired bronde colour. However, what I received was a mishmash of dark blonde at the roots, with dark patches near my face, transitioning into warmer honey tones, and ending with overly bleached light tips. The overall result looked extremely artificial and poorly blended. The smell of bleach was overpowering, and I noticed significant hair shedding and damage for months after. The honey blonde turned an unflattering orange-brown within a month, while the lighter blonde became brassy and dry.
