My young daughter recently had her ears pierced and Kelsey made it a really positive experience! From a great consultation where she explained everything honestly, showed her the studio and all the equipment she would use. She recommended the emlo cream, which worked brilliantly! Google it! The actual piercings were so quick and when I asked my daughter how she felt before going in, she said 'confident'. Can't ask for more than that! All staff were friendly and helpful and gave really good after advice and we were made to feel welcome to call with any queries in the six weeks before the final check up. I got a piercing yesterday from Torreya, she was so professional and amazing and made me feel so comfortable! The after care is amazing and I even got a little booklet to go back and check my piercing after a month. I never thought I would enjoy the process of getting a needle stabbed in me but I can’t wait to go back and get more 🙏 …
