I have frequented Jenny's Nails for numerous years and I wholeheartedly endorse them. The team are consistently cheerful and courteous - I typically schedule an appointment which helps in avoiding long waits during peak times. As my nails are fragile, I trust the individual tending to them to be extremely cautious and attentive to their requirements. While I do have a preferred individual I usually request, in their absence, I am content with another taking their place - despite the salon often being bustling, I never feel hurried when it's my turn - the overall ambiance is serene and joyful!
A loyal patron at Jennys Nails and usually content, however, today I encountered a new gentleman who neglected to remove SNS with Acetone, excessively used electric files, resulting in uneven application of SNS, missed spots, and subpar shaping. This new individual lacks attention to detail and seemed unnecessarily hasty.
Hello.. Upon returning home, I noticed my nails and... it was my initial visit but the lady worked swiftly.. and she did not select an appropriate colour for my nails.. she applied 2 coats without consulting me on the colour. She worked hastily.. I am dissatisfied.. it feels like a waste of £35..
