Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided here. I phoned to make a reservation for a special event for myself and my grandmother. Upon arriving for our appointment, we were informed that there was no record of our booking and no availability. I presented the call details and time, and they acknowledged it was their establishment I had contacted and made a reservation with, yet no trace of our booking. I requested to speak with the individual who took our call, but they claimed to have no knowledge of who that was and that there is no dedicated receptionist or booking personnel - anyone answers the phone. During the booking call, I mentioned that I was travelling from Manchester to bring my grandmother for a treat and confirmed the time, date, and simultaneous manicure appointments. I am deeply saddened and disheartened that our special outing was marred by poor organization and inadequate customer service. There was no attempt to accommodate us (no alternative time suggested for the entire day, despite the lack of a busy schedule). A complete letdown - especially considering I had to resort to calling to book over the phone initially due to the malfunctioning online booking system. Inefficient and a major disappointment :(
