I'm extremely let down by the £60 I spent on those lashes! They all fell out immediately, clumped together, and gathered a lot of fluff. To make matters worse, I skipped my infill appointment without knowing about a cancellation fee that was never mentioned in any terms and conditions. As a minor (14 years old), I had no idea about any identification requirements or the law stating you must be over 18 or 16 with parental consent! Despite explaining that I couldn't afford the fee as I'm underage and don't work, they still withdrew £35 from my bank account without my permission as soon as there was enough money. I tried to get a refund, even had my mum contact the lady, but received no response. This was my birthday money, and I even contacted my bank, but they couldn't help.
I adore visiting Luna Lashes. Mia is fantastic. The team of ladies there is wonderful. My lashes are thick and long-lasting.
