I specifically asked for long nails, but the technician ignored my request and gave me short nails instead. I ended up paying £35 for a service I had to redo myself at home and then go to a different salon to fix. It seems like they dilute their gels with clear gel to make them last longer, which is not acceptable.
These prices are outrageous for the quality of service provided. I paid £35 for nails that chipped after only three days. The staff here seem more focused on rushing customers in and out than on providing good customer service. I won't be returning, and I've heard similar complaints from others.
This is the only nail salon I trust in the area. The nail technicians here are fantastic and always willing to create any design you desire.
