What a fantastic selection of products at this store! However, my experience was marred by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. During my visit with a friend, we noticed the employees standing at the rear of the shop, casting disdainful glances our way. When we inquired about any assistance, their responses were curt and it was evident they wished for us to depart. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I picked up a wig; the saleswoman abruptly snatched it from my hands and condescendingly informed me of the price, insinuating that I couldn't afford it. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed, and I have no intention of returning if these same staff members are present.

I will not be revisiting this establishment due to the unhelpful staff. During my visit, I observed employees loitering at the back of the shop, seemingly disinterested in assisting customers. Despite being the sole patron at the time, I received minimal attention. Furthermore, when I inquired about the price of an item, the response was dismissive, with a remark about the costliness before the staff member walked away, engaging in conversation with colleagues. It is no surprise that this business is struggling; the lack of knowledgeable and presentable staff is a disservice to their beauty products.

The staff at this store are incredibly friendly, and they offer a wide range of brands and colours. Additionally, they carry a variety of accessories such as brushes and combs.
