Booked in for a consultation and arrived on time. Was told to take a seat by the stylist and then he continued with his current client. 10 mins passed and it was evident that the stylist was going to take considerably longer. No apology or offer of anything - just completely ignored by him. As I had work, I could not wait around for another half an hour. So disappointingly unprofessional. Not even a phone call to say they were running late. I felt so disrespected and my time considered expendable. Had this not been a consultation, I am sure I would have been treated differently. If you expect your clients to turn up for their appointments, then you need to ensure that you are there to provide the service you promised in a timely manner.
