Pleasant store to explore. The employees are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The store features dual entrances - one in the shopping centre and the other on the high street - with checkouts at both ends to cater to different flows. Well-organised layout with hanging signs for easy navigation. They even offer a small range of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages for purchase.
I adore boots and purchase most of my items there, yet I've observed a decline in their communication. Placed an order for click and collect two weeks ago, but there has been no update on delivery, no communication, and no refund. Numerous attempts to contact the store have gone unanswered. The lack of information is perplexing.
