Today, I visited for a Root colour package. The individual who dyed my hair managed to spill most of it on my neck, ears, and even my face! I politely requested a wet towel four times to clean myself up, but my requests were ignored. Eventually, she reluctantly provided me with a wet cotton pad, claiming the dye wouldn't come off anyway. I used up the cotton to clean my neck and ears, showing them that it was possible to remove. In return, I was unjustly banned for being perceived as rude. What a lovely attitude! The manager or owner should train their staff on how to treat customers with respect. After being a customer for eight years, I will not be returning. Unprofessional behavior from the current staff!

Outstanding service as always! The gentleman who trimmed my hair was incredibly skilled, personable, and had a keen attention to detail! He put me at ease after a seven-year hiatus from hair salons, making me feel relaxed and confident. Plus, the price for a walk-in appointment was unbeatable at £19. Can't ask for more!
