I made a reservation for eyelash extensions but developed an eye infection prior. Despite explaining my inability to proceed with the treatment, I was still asked to pay the £60.00 cancellation fee. I tried to convey my eye health concerns and the emergency doctors appointment I had to attend, but they insisted on the fee. My overall encounter with the serene barn has been disappointing. The lack of compassion and understanding towards my situation has left a negative impact, prompting me to seek services elsewhere. I trust they reconsider their policies to better accommodate customers facing unforeseen circumstances like mine.About

Today's experience was exceptional with the back, neck, and head massage along with the luxury pedicure. The session didn't feel hurried at all, and I was completely at ease. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. The masseuse demonstrated exceptional skill and took her time. Great value for the price, with on-site parking available.
