I have had Russian lashes done twice now by Victoria, and I must say, her precision in achieving the desired look even amidst swelling/bruising is unmatched. I have very high expectations/standards for any treatment I undergo, whether beauty or aesthetic, hence I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
