I've been a loyal customer at this salon for nearly a decade now, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The team is welcoming, professional, and my nails always look flawless, garnering numerous compliments. The staff always make clients feel at ease, and they go above and beyond to accommodate everyone.

Had my initial acrylics done here, but after getting them redone elsewhere, I must say I was disappointed. Nails weren't placed far enough, exposing part of the nail bed, and they seemed uneven in spots. The overall experience wasn't great either; I asked for a sparkly red shade and was told it might look too festive. Felt like I had to say sorry for asking questions.

Absolutely adore this establishment. I reached out a few months back, following a dreadful experience at another parlour. Leanne, the proprietor, assured me she would rectify the situation. And she did!! I've been a regular for months now, and my nails have never looked better. I've received countless compliments on their appearance since switching to this place. I mentioned to Leanne that I typically opt for pink hues but wanted to try something different; she provided fantastic suggestions on other colours that would complement my skin tone. I am thrilled with the results. She pays great attention to detail near the cuticle and works efficiently! Despite the quick service, quality is never compromised. Engaging conversations are always a part of the experience, and the salon has a warm atmosphere. They even remembered I had been on holiday and inquired about it, adding a personal touch that is rare in city centre salons. Thank you for fixing my nails and providing exceptional customer care. Can't wait for my next visit and to experiment with a new colour! :)
