I've had massages and reflexology with James at Novy a number of times now. I've also tried mini facials and brow treatments. James is extremely professional and outstanding at his craft; not only a highly skilled beauty and holistic therapist but he really invests time in getting to know you and understanding your preferences for the treatment. I would (and do) recommend Novy beauty to everyone!
