I had a wonderful experience with Olivia at the London salon. She gave my 6-year-old a special treatment with a file, cuticle care, and polish. Olivia explained each step to my child, who thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be returning when I have more time for myself too!
I would strongly advise against getting your eyebrows done here. The staff completely disregarded my preferences and lacked professionalism. My eyebrows are now uneven, with the left one significantly more arched than the right. Despite requesting a straight brow, I ended up with the most arched brow possible. The technician handled my face and brows roughly during hair removal, resulting in a bald patch on my left eyebrow. It felt like she was laughing throughout the procedure and rushed me out. I now feel very insecure about my appearance and will have to wait a long time for them to grow out and be fixed. It was a waste of £10, and the service was terrible.
