I have frequented this salon for approximately 1 year now. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled. However, upon my arrival, the therapist was nowhere to be found. After a brief wait, I decided to leave as there was no sign of them. While I understand that mishaps occur, the lack of communication to explain the situation was disappointing. Later in the day, the therapist reached out to me and falsely claimed that the appointment was actually set for a week later. I had concrete evidence on my phone to prove otherwise. It is unprofessional to not take accountability for this no-show incident. Own up to it.
