The service here was excellent. Gillian was attentive and provided me with a range of beverage options. I specified my departure time, and she ensured that I was ready with seven minutes to spare. I will certainly be returning.

I visited this salon for a hair dye appointment. Prior to the treatment, I discussed my desired hair colour and the cost with the stylist. Despite showing her the exact shade I wanted, the end result was completely different. The colour did not match my expectations at all. It seemed like the stylist chose a hue based on her preference rather than my request. If she had been honest about not being able to achieve the desired colour, I would have reconsidered. Following the dye job, the blow dry and styling were subpar. My hair remained frizzy and not styled as requested. To top it off, the final price was significantly higher than initially discussed. I raised this concern, but the stylist did not adjust the price. It seems they may have added extra charges for the complimentary coffee they served.

I urgently needed a blow dry and they managed to accommodate me. Upon arrival, the salon was empty. However, during the hair wash, I was not provided with a towel around my neck, resulting in a wet t-shirt at the back. As I moved to the styling chair, my hair was still dripping, and when I requested a towel, I was given a small microfibre cloth. Despite only receiving a simple bob, I was charged £38, which seemed excessive. I later inquired about the pricing discrepancy and found out that it ranges from £20 to £40. This experience was disappointing and will be my only visit to this salon.
