The staff were quite accommodating, allowing a last-minute appointment. They were friendly and charming, which was a plus. I had booked an hour, but the time spent paying and waiting for the masseur to arrive cost me nearly 10 minutes. The room was pleasant and warm, with nice and calming music. However, the massage table/bed was extremely narrow - I had to tuck my hands under my hips due to lack of space. Sadly, 50% of the time was focused on massaging my legs, with the remaining 50% on my back. It wasn't as comprehensive as I had hoped; my arms, shoulders, and head were neglected, and I wasn't even asked to turn over for the front to be addressed. Moreover, a significant portion of the massage was conducted with a towel on the area being massaged, and the towels were not soft. It's disappointing because I've had positive experiences here before, but the service isn't consistent, especially considering the price.
