Impeccably tidy & extremely contemporary salon. A wide range of amenities available, from hair styling to waxing to sunbeds. The staff are consistently warm and welcoming, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! I highly recommend it to everyone. Their operating hours are accommodating, with some late evenings which are perfect for post-work appointments. Keep up the great work, Begonia! Their reasonable prices and promotions always entice me back, even though it's not the closest salon to me. I visited the store today and had to wait quite a bit at the checkout as the staff were having personal conversations instead of acknowledging customers. I stood there waiting for them to finish their chat.
If you're open, please acknowledge the customer; this is basic customer service.
It's usually okay, but either have your chat after you've finished working or during your break. Don't leave customers waiting while you gossip.

I've been dealing with TMJ disorder for 3 months now. My jaw is stiff, limiting my mouth opening and making it difficult to eat properly.
