I would rate 0 Rather than 1 .no customer service she was not happy when I walked in to shop . I just went for the full arm waxing she had done on the front area itself I need to remove my jumper and she had my waxing there itself I don't have any issue but I felt it was not the right thing to do . Had a brilliant time, staff were friendly and did a good job on my nails. However, there seemed to be a shortage of workers, resulting in a half-hour wait. I also noticed a gap between my natural nail and the extensions later on.
