I had a dreadful experience at this salon. The information was unclear, the nail quality was subpar, and the nails ended up being much thicker than I wanted. I was informed that they couldn't do the French style I asked for because they didn't realize I already had acrylic nails on, something they never asked me about when I booked. Absolutely adore this salon! Transitioned from acrylics to BIAB and the results were stunning. Returned for infills and a new colour, and once again, perfection! My daughter also had her acrylic infills done and was thrilled - she said it's the best she's ever had.
