I have been a loyal customer of Rosa's for well over a decade, and I can confidently say that I have always been treated with kindness and received a warm welcome every time I visit. Rosa runs a bustling salon but still manages to focus on her clients with great care. She is upfront and will always give you honest advice on what will look good on you. The salon itself is stunning, the staff are incredibly skilled and friendly, and Rosa's service and hospitality are exceptional. She is dedicated to her customers and treats everyone with genuine care. I have tried other salons in between over the years, but I have always regretted it and will continue to visit Rosa's no matter where I am in the country. I was directed to this salon by a close relative who was impressed by their exceptional customer service. I am thrilled I decided to visit Brow Art! The customer service is outstanding. I wanted to have my eyebrows shaped and waxed. The staff were extremely courteous and had a positive attitude towards the treatments, and I also had a wonderful chat with the beauty therapist.
