My initial trip to the barbershop and certainly not my last! Cassandra performed wonders with my hair and I departed feeling fantastic. She took the time to truly listen to my hair aspirations and elucidated my treatment in depth. Many thanks Cassandra.

I popped into the salon during a weekend getaway. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The therapist was adept at her craft. Alleviating my shoulder and back discomfort. I will certainly revisit on my return to Bristol.

I just had a really pleasant waxing session here! Ruby was delightful, extremely professional yet also very sociable and talkative. Very sanitary, using wooden applicators and refraining from double-dipping for sensitive regions. She also provided excellent post-care guidance. Eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Consistently enjoyed excellent treatments and welcoming staff during my visits. Have indulged in a few pedicures, facials and massages here over the past couple of years, but most recently had gel nails which I am extremely pleased with. Appreciate the convenience of having a great local salon just around the corner. It's a major plus not having to travel far for top-notch treatments and service.

Outstanding barbershop, with a friendly greeting and the option of tea/coffee. The haircuts are exceptional and reasonably priced. Unlike other establishments, it doesn't feel rushed and is done very professionally.

I phoned in on a whim to inquire if they could provide me with a foot massage, they scheduled me in for the same day an hour later. I was welcomed by a pleasant chap at the reception & then I encountered Sue, she was absolutely fantastic, how charming & gentle she is & her skill in administering my foot massage was genuinely very impressive indeed, my feet have been throbbing so much lately & particularly after taking numerous steps on vacation. Thank you, Sue, my feet feel so much improved. I will return to see you again. Lisa 😉

Appalling experience, I needed my nails done urgently for an upcoming meeting. Being in Manchester at the time, Manchester Nails was my only convenient option. If I could turn back time, I would never have set foot in that salon. I inquired about the cost of a simple ombré design for short nails, and was quoted £29. Content with the price, I sat down for the service. However, the nail technician was extremely rough and ended up cutting my skin. When I brought this to her attention and mentioned the bleeding, she callously cleaned the wound with nail polish remover. The husband and wife duo observed my nails, sharing what seemed like Vietnamese conversation and chuckling. A young boy, likely their son, rudely brushed past me, causing the technician to smudge my nails, inadvertently getting nail polish into the cut. An argument ensued between the son and mother, leading to his storming out and slamming the door. Disregarding my preference for short nails, the technician tried to push longer acrylics on me to charge more. Upon refusal, the couple continued to mock and laugh while discussing. As I persisted on short nails, the technician became increasingly rough with my hands. A schoolgirl with a bag and lanyard entered to man the reception. After enduring 30 minutes of agony and what felt like torture, the service was declared complete. At the front desk, I was asked for £39, which was not the agreed price. The technician then claimed the extra charge was for the inconvenience caused. The receptionist chimed in, suggesting I opt for press-on nails if I couldn't afford it. Distraught, I paid the amount and left in tears. The cut on my finger became infected and hypersensitive due to the harsh chemicals used. My nails are now chipped, misshapen, and two have already fallen off within a week.
