Had the most fantastic time getting my piercings here. I came in for my second ear piercings, and the ambience was incredibly soothing and warm. I went for a prenatal massage package today and immediately felt at ease. Charlotte was incredibly welcoming and set up the most serene atmosphere. The service provided by Charlotte was truly exceptional! Throughout this pregnancy, I've been carrying a lot of tension resulting in back pain and other pregnancy discomforts, but after the session, I felt like I was floating on air. Charlotte's expertise and professionalism were evident in every step, which I found fascinating! She personalized the experience beautifully!
